10 Days

Ten days ago we picked up Grandma at the airport. Ten days ago we were beaming with excitement and all the fun things we would do. So, what did we do?

Well, we shopped, ate at McDonalds, we visited the largest gator in the world (see below).


We made cookies,


Visited the temple,


Watched movies, went to Downtown Disney,


Picked up my brother from the airport, spent a morning in Ikea, went to the ocean to collect seashells and chase the seagulls,


Visited the Town of Celebration,


Shopped some more, put together puzzles, read stories and more.


So while 10 days ago we were giddy with the anticipation of all that was yet to come today we are sad that it is over. We are sad that we had to put Grandma back on a plane to go home. We miss her, and hope that next time she comes...she'll bring Grandpa.
